Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms apply between Strufy ("Strufy", "we") and the natural or legal person who creates a Strufy account ("you"). The service provider's contact details are listed at the end of this page. Creating an account, creating a project or publishing a site means you accept these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account; if you create it on behalf of a company, you must be authorised to represent that company.

2. The service

Strufy is a platform that lets you build a website and its data (tables, forms, memberships) through chat, view the site at a preview address and publish it on the subdomain assigned to you. Sites are compiled and published as static files; code runs only during the build, in an environment isolated from the network.

The service is provided "as is". Features, quotas and limits may change as the product evolves; significant changes are announced to your registered e-mail address.

3. Account and security

You must register with an e-mail address that belongs to you and that you can access; publishing, removing the badge and creating API keys require a verified e-mail address.

Your password is yours alone, and you are responsible for every action taken from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password, use the "sign out of all sessions" button and let us know through the support channel. Passwords found in breach lists are not accepted at sign-up.

4. Your content and your responsibility

What you write in the chat, the images you upload, the records in your tables and the content of your site belong to you; Strufy claims no rights over them beyond the hosting, building and publishing needed to provide the service.

You alone are responsible for making sure your content complies with the law, the rights of third parties and these terms. For the data you collect from your site's visitors and members (form submissions, member accounts), you are the data controller and Strufy is the data processor: we process this data only on your instructions and to provide the service; informing your visitors and obtaining any required consent is your obligation.

5. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited on the platform: phishing, fraud or impersonation; distributing malware; unsolicited bulk e-mail; content that is illegal, infringes copyright or violates the rights of others; attacks on or scans of other projects, the platform infrastructure or third parties; attempts to bypass quotas and security limits.

Strufy scans sites automatically, handles visitor complaints and may suspend a site or an account without prior notice when it detects a violation. Suspended content stays offline while it is reviewed. You can report abuse to abuse@strufy.com.

6. AI-generated content

Site code, text and table structure are generated by an AI model based on your instructions. Generated content is a suggestion: reviewing it before publishing and checking that it is accurate and lawful is up to you. Strufy does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

Your chat messages and project content are sent to the AI provider configured to run the model; details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Credits and pricing

AI usage is measured in credits. Credit movements are kept in a ledger that cannot be altered and are visible in the panel; consumed credits are not refunded.

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Creem takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles the taxes on the sale. Your card details never reach Strufy. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under Creem's refund terms and applicable consumer law.

Price and quota changes are announced at least 15 days before they take effect.

8. Publishing, domains and rollback

Your site is published on the subdomain assigned to you; you can connect your own domain. Ownership of the domain and its DNS settings are your responsibility.

Every published version is kept and you can roll back to an earlier one; versions outside the retention window are deleted automatically. The "Made in Strufy" badge can be removed for credits.

9. Service continuity, backups and limitation of liability

The database, project sources and the images you upload are backed up daily, encrypted, to a separate storage service, and restores are tested regularly. Even so, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; outages may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures and force majeure.

Strufy is not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages. In all cases its total liability is limited to the amount you paid Strufy in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect cases of intent or gross negligence or mandatory rules of law.

10. Termination and what happens to your data

You can delete your projects from the panel at any time; deleting a project removes the site's schema, repository, published versions and images. You can also delete your account at any time from Settings in the panel; deletion is immediate, all your projects are removed and your account details are anonymised. Deleted data is removed from the encrypted backups within 90 days at the latest.

Strufy may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Records kept because of legal obligations are retained after termination for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

Strufy may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and significant changes are announced by e-mail. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction over disputes. The Turkish version prevails if the two versions differ. Questions: support@strufy.com.
