Cookie Policy

Strufy uses only cookies strictly necessary for the service to work. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

1. What a cookie is and what we use

A cookie is a small record your browser keeps on behalf of a site. On Strufy, cookies are used only to keep you signed in; no cookie tracks you on other sites and no cookie belongs to a third-party service. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent; this page is for your information.

2. Cookies and local storage in the panel

strufy_session — your panel session. HttpOnly, Secure and bound to the panel domain only; at most 14 days, and it expires if unused for 7 days. "Sign out of all sessions" invalidates its copies on every device.

The browser's local storage (localStorage) holds only interface preferences: theme, sidebar state, list/grid view, recently used colour palettes and whether you dismissed this cookie notice. These are never sent to the server.

3. The cookie on sites built with Strufy

strufy_member — your member session on a site, if you signed in there as a member. It is bound not to the site's own pages but only to that site's member area (the members-<site> address); the browser partitions it by the site you visit, it is never sent to another site or to other code on the page, and it is valid for at most 30 days. If you have not signed up to a site, no cookie is written.

4. What site owners add

Site owners may add their own cookies or tracking tools to their sites; these fall outside this policy and are subject to that site's own notice. The platform technically restricts sites from sending visitor data to outside addresses; this restriction does not remove the site owner's own obligations.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookie you cannot sign in to the panel; clearing local storage only resets your interface preferences.
